Last Updated: September 27, 2026

If you no longer want to use your aso Provider account, you can request permanent deletion of your provider account and associated personal information.

1. How to Delete Your Provider Account

You can request deletion of your aso Provider account through the following methods:

From the aso Provider App

  1. Open the aso Provider app.

  2. Go to Profile or Account Settings.

  3. Select Delete Account.

  4. Review the account deletion information.

  5. Confirm your deletion request.

  6. Complete any verification required by aso.

From the aso Website

You may also request account deletion through the account deletion facility available at:

aso.com.bd

You may be required to verify your account before your deletion request can be processed.

2. What Happens After You Request Deletion

After you submit a deletion request, aso may verify the request to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

Once the request is verified, your provider account will be scheduled for deletion.

Account deletion may permanently remove or anonymize information associated with your provider account.

3. Information That May Be Deleted

Depending on your account and applicable technical requirements, deletion may include:

  • Provider profile information

  • Profile photo

  • Service listings

  • Service descriptions

  • Service preferences

  • Certain messages and communications

  • Provider-generated content

  • Other personal information associated with your account

Some information may be anonymized instead of permanently deleted where necessary to preserve legitimate platform records or interactions involving other users.

4. Financial and Transaction Records

Deleting your provider account does not automatically delete financial or transaction records that aso is required or permitted to retain.

aso may retain certain information relating to:

  • Completed bookings

  • Transactions

  • Provider earnings

  • Wallet records

  • Withdrawal requests

  • Payouts

  • Commissions

  • Outstanding dues

  • Refunds

  • Disputes

  • Chargebacks

  • Accounting or tax records

Such information may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, security, or legal purposes.

5. Outstanding Dues

If you have outstanding dues payable to aso, deleting your provider account does not cancel or remove those obligations.

aso may retain the information necessary to manage and resolve outstanding financial obligations.

6. Active Bookings and Services

If you have active bookings, ongoing services, pending disputes, pending refunds, or other unresolved transactions, aso may need to retain relevant information until those matters are completed or resolved.

Where necessary, account deletion may not be finalized until certain operational or financial matters are addressed.

7. Wallet and Payouts

If you have an available wallet balance or a pending withdrawal request, you should review your payout status before requesting account deletion.

aso may need to retain relevant transaction and payout information for processing, verification, accounting, or legal purposes.

8. Serviceman Information

If you have added or managed servicemen through aso Provider, account deletion does not necessarily require the immediate deletion of every record relating to those servicemen.

aso may retain information where reasonably necessary for transaction records, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

The financial or employment arrangement between a provider and their servicemen remains the responsibility of the provider and the relevant servicemen.

9. Community and Service Content

Information associated with completed bookings, reviews, ratings, service records, or other interactions may be retained or anonymized where reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity of aso's marketplace and records.

10. Permanent Deletion

Account deletion is generally permanent.

After your account has been deleted, you may not be able to recover:

  • Your provider profile

  • Service listings

  • Booking history

  • Wallet history

  • Messages

  • Account preferences

  • Other account-related information

If you want to use aso Provider again in the future, you may need to create a new provider account.

11. Data Deletion Requests

If you want to request deletion of specific personal information without deleting your entire provider account, you may contact aso through the available support channels.

aso may need to verify your identity and the nature of your request before processing it.

12. Privacy Policy

For more information about how aso collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects provider information, please review the aso Provider Privacy Policy.
