aso Provider Service, Booking & Bidding Policy
Last Updated: September 27, 2026
1. Two Ways to Receive Work
aso gives providers two primary ways to receive service opportunities.
A. Listed Service Booking
Providers can list their services on aso.
Users can discover a listed service and submit a booking request.
The provider can review the request and accept or decline it.
B. Job Bidding
Users can publish a job describing the service they need.
Providers can browse relevant job opportunities and submit a bid or offer.
The user may review available bids and select a provider.
A bid does not guarantee that the provider will be hired.
2. Accurate Bids
Providers must submit genuine and realistic bids.
A provider must not:
-
Submit fake bids
-
Intentionally submit misleading prices
-
Bid on work they cannot perform
-
Manipulate users through false information
-
Use multiple accounts to manipulate bidding
3. Service Completion
Once a provider accepts a booking or is selected for a job, the provider is expected to make reasonable efforts to complete the service according to the agreed requirements.
If circumstances prevent completion, the provider should communicate with the user promptly.

8. Outstanding Dues
A provider may have outstanding dues payable to aso.

This restriction is intended to prevent additional transactions from increasing the provider's outstanding obligation.
Once the outstanding dues are cleared or otherwise resolved, the provider's ability to accept new orders may be restored.
9. Payout to Provider
aso's financial relationship for provider earnings is with the provider.
Where applicable, aso pays eligible provider earnings to the provider through the available payout method.
Serviceman Payment
If a provider uses one or more servicemen, the provider is responsible for paying those servicemen.
The provider and serviceman may agree on:
-
Per-service payment
-
Per-job payment
-
Commission
-
Fixed monthly salary
-
Other mutually agreed compensation
aso does not determine the amount or timing of payment between the provider and serviceman.
aso does not pay the serviceman directly for the provider's service earnings unless a separate written arrangement expressly states otherwise.
10. Payout Processing
Withdrawal requests may require processing and verification before payment is completed.
Processing time may vary depending on:
-
Payment method
-

11. Provider Cancellation
Providers should accept bookings only when they reasonably expect to complete them.
If a provider needs to cancel an accepted booking, they should do so as early as possible and provide an appropriate reason where requested.
Repeated or unreasonable cancellations may result in restrictions or other account actions.
12. User Cancellation
A user may cancel a booking according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.
The financial impact of cancellation may depend on:
-
Timing
-
Booking status
-
Whether the service has started
-
Provider commitments
-
Applicable cancellation terms
13. Refunds
Where a user is entitled to a refund, aso may adjust the relevant transaction or provider earnings accordingly.
If an amount previously credited to a provider is later subject to a valid refund, adjustment, dispute, or reversal, aso may deduct the applicable amount from the provider's available or future earnings, subject to applicable law.
14. Service Disputes
If a user disputes a service, aso may review relevant information, including:
-
Booking details
-
Job post
-
Bid
-

-
Service status
-
Payment records
-
Cancellation information
-
Ratings and reviews
-
Other relevant evidence
Providers should cooperate with reasonable dispute investigations.
15. Chargebacks and Payment Reversals
Where a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise invalidated, aso may make the corresponding adjustment to the provider's earnings or wallet where applicable.
