The relationship between a provider and their servicemen is determined by the provider and the relevant serviceman.

A provider may agree to pay a serviceman:

  • Per service

  • Per job

  • By commission

  • Through a fixed salary

  • Through another agreed arrangement

aso is not a party to that arrangement.

aso pays eligible provider earnings to the provider according to the applicable aso payout process.

The provider is solely responsible for paying their servicemen according to their own agreement.

aso does not guarantee, determine, process, or administer payments between providers and their servicemen.

8. Earnings and Commission

Provider earnings may be subject to applicable:

  • aso commission

  • Platform fees

  • Payment processing fees

  • Adjustments

  • Refunds

  • Other applicable charges

The amount credited to the provider wallet will be based on the applicable transaction and earnings calculation.

9. Outstanding Dues

A provider may have outstanding dues payable to aso.

Outstanding dues may arise from applicable commissions, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, penalties, or other amounts properly payable under the applicable transaction or agreement.

If outstanding dues remain unpaid, aso may temporarily restrict the provider's ability to accept new orders.

The provider may continue to have access to other account functions where available.

Once the outstanding dues are cleared or otherwise resolved, the restriction may be removed and order acceptance may become available again.

Eligible provider earnings may be credited to the provider wallet.

The wallet may show information such as:

  • Available earnings

  • Pending earnings

  • Withdrawable balance

  • Adjustments

  • Applicable deductions

  • Outstanding dues

  • Withdrawal history

Wallet balances are subject to applicable transaction verification, refund, dispute, and platform rules.

Repeated or unreasonable cancellations may result in account restrictions.

Applicable refund and cancellation rules are described in the aso Provider Cancellation, Refund & Dispute Policy.

Users may rate and review providers after services.

Providers must not:

  • Manipulate ratings

  • Create fake reviews
